12 Days
Creating meaningful Winter Holidays
with questions and activities for all ages
revealing who you are becoming and how you choose to live
For families, spiritual circles, or individuals; for ages 4-104
This practice lasts throughout the 12 days of the American Winter Holiday cycle:
Each day focuses on one question from the 12 stages of individuation, articulated by 20th century psychologist and mystic Carl Jung.
Starting on the Winter Solstice - December 21 - with question one, and continuing with a different question each day through day 12 - New Year’s Day.
You may engage the questions through meditation or music, drawing or dancing, journaling or scrap-booking.
